Where can I find my account number?

Snohomish County PUD customers can find their account number two ways:

Customer Bill

  • Upper right corner of the customer’s bill.

MySnoPUD Online Portal

  • Top left corner of the Dashboard page.
  • Manage Accounts by clicking View/Pay Bill from the menus along the top of the screen.

I’m a new Snohomish County PUD customer, why can’t the system find my account?

New SnoPUD customers should allow 7 business days to pass for the account information to upload into the server before placing an order on the SnoPUD Marketplace.

What instant rebates do I qualify for?

To be eligible for the PUD instant rebate on ENERGY STAR® certified Level 2 EV Chargers, you must be a current Snohomish County PUD residential electric customer.

To be eligible for the PUD instant rebate on thermostats, you must be a current Snohomish PUD residential electric customer with an existing electric primary heating source.

The chart below shows the rebated products, PUD instant rebate, and the limit per residential account.
